Arthur Wilson is an accomplished leader with a heart for preaching the Word of God in front of many different audiences with variations in age and ethnicity. In bringing current issues under the scope of Scripture, he seeks to inspire all to overcome and embrace their obstacles in order to live as agents of change for God’s kingdom. Over the last 10 years, he has spoken internationally in Belize and Spain, as well as nationally for several Youth for Christ events and camps. He is actively involved in his local church serving as the assistant pastor. He has also pioneered a path into his current role serving as the first African American Campus Pastor at Huntington University where he oversees the spiritual formation of approximately 900 students.
Arthur’s passion for public speaking was spawned at the age of 14 after winning first place at a local city speech competition. He then went on to preach his first sermon and earned a minister’s license at age 16. In his vigorous pursuit of higher education, Arthur has earned a bachelor’s degree in pastoral ministries and a master’s degree in youth ministry leadership.
His primary obsession is playing video games, in particular NBA 2K15, on his PS4. He also enjoys fulfilling his life’s purpose as a husband, father, and pastor. He and his wife of 15 years have four beautiful children who lovingly contribute to the establishment of their emerging gray hairs.
